Mr. Chang is President & Managing Partner of B & MC Inc (Booz & Co) based in Seoul. He has more than 30 years of work experience in the professional fields of merchant banking in corporate finance, project finance (a nuclear power plant construction project included) M&A advisory and general management consulting.   He was the core founding member of Korea's first credit rating agency.  He has consulted on many corporate, business and functional strategy issues of Fortune 500 and major Korean companies in various industries including automotive, petrochemicals, financial services and consumer products, and has deep and broad understanding and knowledge in large Korean companies’ decision making practices at the corporate level like Hyundai Motor, Hyundai Mobis, LG Group, POSCO etc.

Mr. Chang is an MBA graduate from the Wharton business school at University of Pennsylvania and a BA graduate with Cum Laude from Sogang University.
